All new registrations are automatically assigned the Guest role. Guest accounts are intended for initial access, exploration, and limited use of the application.
Upgrades to Manager or Admin require formal approval by the system administrator.
Guest users may browse general information and public modules, view product/service listings and non-sensitive data, and access basic features without modification rights.
Guest users may not perform billing, inventory, or financial transactions; access confidential, restricted, or administrative modules; or modify, delete, or submit official records.
Guests must log in with valid Email/Phone credentials and a Password or PIN. Passwords must meet minimum length and complexity standards.
Multiple failed attempts may lead to temporary suspension. Misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity may be investigated and can result in account termination.
Guest accounts store only basic registration details: Name, Email, and Phone. Sensitive financial or business data is not linked until the account is upgraded.
Guests agree to comply with the portal’s Privacy Policy for data handling and storage.
Guests may request an upgrade after login. Admins may request KYC, licence, or business proof before approval. Approved accounts may be upgraded to Manager or Admin with extended privileges.
Guests are responsible for protecting their credentials, must not share accounts or impersonate others, and must use the portal lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations.
The portal may revoke Guest access at any time for system misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms & Conditions. Termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
By registering and continuing to use the application as a Guest, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use implies acceptance of future updates or modifications.

Registered accounts collect Name, Email, Phone and applicable firm details. To distinguish people using the shared guest credentials, m-track records a random browser identifier, device platform, browser details, screen size, IP address and access timestamp. A web browser does not provide the Windows computer name or signed-in operating-system account name, and m-track does not attempt to bypass that protection. Guest contact and firm details are collected only when the guest submits a registration or Master Firm request.
Guests have no payment data stored. Registered Users retain transaction references securely; Manager/Admin roles retain full transaction logs for compliance and reporting.
Contact details are used for login, OTP verification, and support communication. They are not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
Support tickets may include issue descriptions, screenshots, or logs. This information is used only to resolve requests and improve reliability.
Data is stored in controlled databases and is used for access security, guest quota enforcement, onboarding review, support and application operation. Guest device information is collected only to recognize shared-account use and investigate security or support issues; it must not be used for unlawful tracking or unrelated activity.
Firm details, licences, and financial records are confidential and available only to authorized administrators.
Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Fraudulent or illegal use can result in suspension and reporting to authorities.
Users may correct or delete personal data, withdraw consent through account deactivation, and request a copy of stored data.
